In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping and further shipping costs would be applicable for a replacement product.

​In the event of your order arriving damaged/faulty we will be happy to replace it with all shipping costs at our expense. We would ask you to send an image of your goods to thetinysoaplab@gmail.com with your order number.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from receipt. We use Royal Mail standard delivery, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery from date of dispatch.

We use recyclable paper and card packaging and postal boxes.
